Credit Documentation definition

Credit Documentation has the meaning set forth in Section 9.15.
Credit Documentation. (as defined in the LSTA Standard Terms and Conditions) shall be provided by the Seller to the Issuer; and (c) “Assignment” (as defined in the LSTA Standard Terms and Conditions) shall apply unless a consent to the related Transaction is not timely obtained to permit consummation of such Assignment on or before the related settlement date, in which case the Transaction shall be settled by a Participation with Elevation applicable thereto. Credit Documentation means with respect to a Credit Agreement (including all schedules and appendices to that Credit Agreement), any amendments, supplements, accessions, waivers or variations to that Credit Agreement and all insurance, guarantee, security, intercreditor and restructuring documentation relating to that Credit Agreement.

Credit Documentation includes but is not limited to any documentation (including but not limited to an Addendum) by which credit arrangements are provided by Orixcom to Customer which documentation may include variations to payment terms or arrangements with respect to Security. Credit Documentation may pertain to one or more Agreements.
