Financing Document definition

Financing Document means any loan, security or other agreement or agreements pursuant to which a Financing Entity provides a Debt Facility to Purchaser.
Financing Document means each of this Note, the Notes, the Agreement and any other document entered into, executed or delivered under or in connection with, or for the purpose of amending, any of such documents.
Financing Document has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(b)(v).
