The Depositor shall deliver to the Trustee any cash identified in the Statement of Financial Condition of the Trust included in the Prospectus not later than the First Settlement Date and the Depositor's obligation to make such delivery shall be secured by the Letter of Credit deposited pursuant to Section 2.01.
If such termination shall occur prior to the Settlement Date for any sale of Placement Shares, such Placement Shares shall settle in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Any purchase of such premises shall be effective as of the date of Bank Closing and such purchase shall be consummated as soon as practicable thereafter, and in no event later than the Settlement Date.
