EMD means Earnest Money Deposit.
cultivar means a variety of plant that has originated and persisted under cultivation or was specifically bred for the purpose of cultivation;
POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act, No 4 of 2013;
Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).
EUMA means the “SAP Delivered Support Agreement” which sets out the terms and conditions under which SAP provides support to End Users and which will be provided by SAP on a deal by deal basis.

SES means - the State Emergency Service as described in the State Emergency Service Act 1989 No 164.
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
OEHHA in the amount of $1,500; and (2) “Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx” in the amount of $500.
Cannabidiol means a finished preparation containing, of its total cannabinoid content, at least 98 percent cannabidiol and not more than 0.90 percent tetrahydrocannabinol by volume that has been extracted from marijuana or synthesized in a laboratory.
EUWA means the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018;
Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
Joule (J) shall mean the work done when the point of application of a force of one (1) newton is displaced a distance of one (1) metre in the direction of the force. The term "megajoule" (MJ) shall mean 1,000,000 joules. The term “gigajoule” (GJ) shall mean 1,000,000,000 joules;
CDI means certified deaf interpreter.
Depot means a depot in respect of which the Franchisee has entered into a Depot Lease;
Promotores means individuals who are members of the community who function as natural helpers to address some of their communities’ unmet mental health, health and human service needs. They are individuals who represent the ethnic, socio-economic and educational traits of the population he/she serves. Promotores are respected and recognized by their peers and have the pulse of the community’s needs.
