Affiliated Fund definition
Affiliated Fund means, with respect to any specified Person, an investment fund that is an Affiliate of such Person or that is advised by the same investment adviser as such Person or by an Affiliate of such investment adviser.
Affiliated Fund means with respect to any Investors, each corporation, trust, limited liability company, general or limited partnership or other entity under common control with that Investor (including any such entity with the same general partner or principal investment advisor as that Investor or with a general partner or principal investment advisor that is an Affiliate of the general partner or principal investment advisor of that Investor).

More Definitions of Affiliated Fund
Affiliated Fund means any investment vehicle registered under the Investment Company Act which the Firm or an Affiliated Person acts as manager, adviser or sub-adviser.
Affiliated Fund means a registered open-end or closed-end investment company (other than money market funds) registered under the Investment Company Act that is managed by any Adviser, or any affiliate of the Adviser (such as Brazos Capital Management and AIG Global Investment Corp.), including any investment company in which a variable annuity contract or life policy may invest, or in a 401(k) or other retirement plan.
Affiliated Fund means any investment company (EXCEPT money market funds) for which a control affiliate of MCM (including a person that controls MCM, is controlled by MCM, or is under common control with MCM) acts as adviser, subadviser, or principal underwriter. Investment companies for which MCM acts as adviser or subadviser are NOT considered to be Affiliated Funds. MCM’s Compliance Department will maintain a listing of Affiliated Funds and will periodically distribute the list to all Covered Persons.
Affiliated Fund means any investment fund the primary investment advisor to which is a Commitment Party or an Affiliate thereof.

Affiliated Fund means any series of the City National Rochdale Funds (the “Trust”) and any other Investment Company or alternative product investment adviser or principal underwriter of which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with CNR.
