Accenture means the Accenture entity that is a party to the Agreement and its Affiliates (collectively, “Accenture”).
Accenture means the Accenture entity named in the Order Confirmation and/or its affiliates.

Examples of Accenture in a sentence

  • To the extent permitted by law, in no event will Accenture’s aggregate liability to Supplier for all claims exceed the total price payable by Accenture to Supplier under the Agreement.

  • Supplier will without unreasonable delay: (i) correct such deficiencies at its own expense; (ii) permit Accenture, or its duly authorized representatives, to assess Supplier’s security-related activities that are relevant to the Agreement; and (iii) timely complete a security questionnaire from Accenture on a periodic basis upon Accenture’s request.
