No statement of fact made by Operating Lessee in the Operating Lessee Documents contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state any material fact necessary to make statements contained herein or therein not misleading in any material respect.
This Lease, together with the other Lessee Documents, as defined in the Contract of Acquisition, the Exhibits hereto and thereto and such other documents as are contemplated hereunder or thereunder, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be changed or modified except by an agreement in writing signed by the parties.
