Lessee Documents definition

Lessee Documents. Has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b) of the Participation Agreement.

Lessee Documents means the Participation Agreement, the Lease, the Lease Supplement covering the Aircraft, the Purchase Agreement (insofar as it relates to the Aircraft), the FAA Xxxx of Sale, the Xxxx of Sale, the Purchase Agreement Assignment, the Assignment and Assumption Agreement and the Tax Indemnity Agreement.

Lessee Documents means the Operative Agreements to which the Lessee is a ---------------- party.

• No statement of fact made by Operating Lessee in the Operating Lessee Documents contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omits to state any material fact necessary to make statements contained herein or therein not misleading in any material respect.

More Definitions of Lessee Documents

Lessee Documents means (x) the Operative Agreements to which the Lessee ---------------- is a party and (y) the Pass-Through Trust Agreements.

Lessee Documents means this Lease, the Lease Supplement, the USMS Agreement, the Maintenance Agreement, any acknowledgment of the Security Documents, the Other Lease Documents and all notices, consents, certificates, confirmations and other documents from time to time issued or entered into by Lessee pursuant to or in connection with any thereof.

Lessee Documents means the Transaction Documents to which the Lessee is or will be a party;

Lessee Documents means this Agreement, the Aircraft Purchase Agreement, the Warranties Assignment, any other agreement executed by the Lessee in connection with obligations owed to the Lessor under this Agreement and all notices, consents, certificates and other documents and agreements to which the Lessee is a party to be issued pursuant to the foregoing;

Lessee Documents means this Lease and the Direct Payment Agreement.

Lessee Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(f) of this Agreement.

Lessee Documents means this Agreement, the Lease, the Series 1997 Guaranty, the Escrow and Security Agreement and the Environmental Indemnity.
