Lessee Documents means the Participation Agreement, the Lease, the Lease Supplement covering the Aircraft, the Purchase Agreement (insofar as it relates to the Aircraft), the FAA ▇▇▇▇ of Sale, the ▇▇▇▇ of Sale, the Purchase Agreement Assignment, the Assignment and Assumption Agreement and the Tax Indemnity Agreement.

Lessee Documents means the Operative Agreements to which the Lessee is a ---------------- party.

More Definitions of Lessee Documents

Lessee Documents means this Lease, the Lease Supplement, the USMS Agreement, the Maintenance Agreement, any acknowledgment of the Security Documents, the Other Lease Documents and all notices, consents, certificates, confirmations and other documents from time to time issued or entered into by Lessee pursuant to or in connection with any thereof.

Lessee Documents means (x) the Operative Agreements to which the Lessee ---------------- is a party and (y) the Pass-Through Trust Agreements.

Lessee Documents means the Participation Agreement, the Redemption and Refinancing Agreement, the Lease, any Lease Supplement, the Purchase Agreement, the Owner Trustee's Purchase Agreement, the Owner Trustee's Bill of Sale, the Owner Trustee's FAA Bill of Sale, the Tax Indemnity Agreement and any other document executed by Lessee in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Participation Agreement."

Lessee Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.3(f) of this Agreement.

Lessee Documents means this Lease and the Direct Payment Agreement.

Lessee Documents means the Lease, the Lease Supplement covering the Engine, the acceptance certificate covering the Engine in the form agreed to by Lessor and Lessee (herein called the “Lease Acceptance Certificate”) and the Airline Services Agreement.
