Letter of Acceptance definition

Letter of Acceptance means the letter of formal acceptance, signed by the contractor. Procuring Entity, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties.

• If the bidder fails to submit the Additional Performance Security within seven (7) working days from the date of issuance of Letter of Acceptance, his Earnest Money will be forfeited and other necessary actions like black listing of the contractor, etc, maybe taken .The Bank Guarantee shall have to be valid up to end of the Contract Period and shall be renewed accordingly, if required.
