Contract or Contract Documents definition

Contract or Contract Documents means the combined documents consisting of the Agreement; Addenda; the Bidding Instructions, these General Conditions; the General Requirements; the Drawings; the Specifications; the Tender Submission; Shop Drawings; Performance Security and all other exhibits mentioned in the Contract Documents as forming part thereof.
Contract or Contract Documents means this Contract, all Change Orders signed in connection with this Contract, the Plans and Specifications, the standard specifications and the legal description of the Property. Any conflict among the Contract Documents shall be resolved by referring to the Contract Documents in the following order of priority: (a) any Change Orders; (b) the standard specifications; and (c) this Contract shall control. If at the time this contract is signed there are no plans and specifications, then this term shall include the plans and specifications that are ultimately agreed to by Buyer and Seller.
Contract or Contract Documents means the written agreement covering the performance of the Work and furnishing of labour, equipment, and materials in the construction of the Work, and shall include without limiting the generalities of the foregoing, the Invitation to Tender, Scope of Work, Instructions to Bidders, Tender Form, Contract Agreement, Contract Bonds, Certificate of Insurance, Plans and Drawings, Technical Specifications, Special Provisions, General Conditions, Notices, Supplemental Specifications, Specification Amendments, Shop Drawings, Addendums, and all supplemental agreements required to complete the Work.

  • Any part of the Contract or Contract Documents for this project shall take precedence over any contradictory language within the above noted documents.

  • The special clauses of the Contract, or Contract Documents, setting forth conditions or requirements peculiar to the specific Project involved, supplementing the standard or general specifications and taking precedence over any conditions or requirements of the standard or general specifications with which they are in conflict.

  • The Contract or Contract Documents shall not be changed without written confirmation from the Owner.

  • Any ambiguity between the parties that require interpretation of the Contract or Contract Documents shall be resolved by written submission of a Request for Information by the Contractor.

  • If the Superintendent is of the opinion that any material or work, whether fixed or not, fails to comply with the Contract or Contract Documents or if he detects any defects during the Defects Liability Period or if he is dissatisfied with any of the Contractor’s safety precautions, he may order in writing their removal, replacement and/or correction at the Contractor's expense.

  • If through mistake, neglect, oversight, or otherwise, any such provision is not herein inserted or inserted in improper form, upon the application of either party, the Contract or Contract Documents shall be changed by MTS, at no increase in Contract Price or extension in Contract Times, so as to strictly comply with the Applicable Laws and without prejudice to the rights of either party hereunder.

  • The special clauses of the Contract, or Contract Documents, setting forth conditions or requirements peculiar to the specific Project involved, supplementing the standard or general specifications and taking Specifications or Contract Specifications: All of the general, special and technical conditions or provisions, and all addendum or supplements thereto consiting of written requirements for materials, equipment, systems, standards and performance of the work.

Related to Contract or Contract Documents

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Contract Document means collectively the e-Tender documents, designs, drawings, specifications, agreed variations, if any and such other documents constituting the e-Tender and acceptance thereof.

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.
