Connecting Pipeline definition

Connecting Pipeline as used herein, means a pipeline constructed and operated by a party or parties other than Carrier from which Crude Petroleum is received into Carrier's pipeline on the basis of measurements made at the point where it enters said Connecting Pipeline rather than at the point where it enters Carrier's pipeline.

• The Company, at the Company’s sole discretion, shall establish pooling areas by Connecting Pipeline, Pipeline zone, Company receipt point, geographic area, operational area, administrative or other appropriate parameters.

More Definitions of Connecting Pipeline

Connecting Pipeline means a high pressure Gas pipeline (including high pressure gas unloading arms, associated valves and pipes, etc.) for the purpose of transporting Gas from the FSRU to a gas metering station at the delivery point into the national grid. The Connecting Pipeline to be connected to the high pressure gas manifold of the FSRU with any of the three (3) high pressure gas unloading arms.
