Connecting Pipeline definition

Connecting Pipeline as used herein, means a pipeline constructed and operated by a party or parties other than Carrier from which Crude Petroleum is received into Carrier's pipeline on the basis of measurements made at the point where it enters said Connecting Pipeline rather than at the point where it enters Carrier's pipeline.

More Definitions of Connecting Pipeline

Connecting Pipeline means a high pressure Gas pipeline (including high pressure gas unloading arms, associated valves and pipes, etc.) for the purpose of transporting Gas from the FSRU to a gas metering station at the delivery point into the national grid. The Connecting Pipeline to be connected to the high pressure gas manifold of the FSRU with any of the three (3) high pressure gas unloading arms.
Connecting Pipeline means the pipeline system immediately upstream of the Service Commencement Point or immediately downstream of the Service Termination Point, as the case may be, or if there is more than one such pipeline system at the Service Commencement Point or the Service Termination Point, then the pipeline system or systems specified on the Appendix evidencing the Transaction between the Parties.
