Service Commencement. 3.1 The Engineer may reuse an existing socket and line routing to fulfil your order; if this occurs your appointment will be cancelled and no engineer will attend site. If you want to force an engineer to attend site, then you are required to tick the box on the order form (up to 2 hours of Time Related Charges may apply in addition to the activation fee):
Service Commencement. We will commence delivery of a Service on or within a reasonable time after the last of:
Service Commencement. 5.1. MyRepublic will notify the Customer once there is Service Commencement. The Billing Cycle will commence on or after the Service Commencement date, regardless of whether or not the Customer immediately commence use of the Services.

Service Commencement. 4.1 Subject to satisfaction of the Conditions Precedent (as set out in Section 6 of Module A), the Provider shall commence delivery of the Services on 1st September 2011 (the “Anticipated Service Commencement Date”).
