Subject to the terms and conditions of this Article, the Borrower shall have the right, from time to time during the Term of this Agreement, to add Multifamily Residential Properties to the Collateral Pool in accordance with the provisions of this Article.
Borrower owns one (1) or more Multifamily Residential Properties (unless otherwise defined or the context clearly indicates otherwise, capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Appendix I of this Agreement) as more particularly described in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
