Multifamily Residential definition

Multifamily Residential means a classification of housing where multiple separate housing units for residential inhabitants are contained within one building, such as a duplex or apartment building.
Multifamily Residential means the use or development of a site for three or more dwelling units within one or more buildings, including a residential condominium;
Multifamily Residential means the residential classification with more than one living unit served by a single water meter, and shall include all residential accounts other than single-family residential.

Multifamily Residential. A building containing three or more living units. Any living unit which is altered for the purpose of creating additional or separate living units shall be construed to be a multifamily dwelling.
