Related Party Transactions definition

Related Party Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21.
Related Party Transactions means such transactions as specific under Section 188 of the Act or rules made thereunder and Clause 49(VII)(A) of the Listing Agreement including any amendment or modification thereof, as may be applicable.
