Corning Business means (i) all businesses and operations of Corning and its subsidiaries other than the CCL Business and the Covance Business and (ii) the environmental testing business previously conducted by CCL and its Subsidiaries, including California Analytical Laboratory, Chemical Research Laboratories, Inc., Enseco Incorporated, ERCO, Quanterra Incorporated, Rocky Mountain Analytical Laboratory and Xxxxxxxxx/Alert Laboratories, Inc.
