Company Licensed Software definition

Company Licensed Software means all software (other than Company Proprietary Software) used by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Company Licensed Software

Company Licensed Software means all software and operating information systems (other than Company Proprietary Software) that are used in the business as presently conducted by the Company; provided that it shall exclude any off-the-rack software.
