Compacts definition

Compacts means the agreements of free association between the United States and the governments of the Re- public of the Marshall Islands, the Fed- erated States of Micronesia, and Palau, approved by Public Law 99–239 with re- spect to the governments of the Repub- lic of the Marshall Islands and the Fed- erated States of Micronesia, and by Public Law 99–658, with respect to Palau.
