Compact state definition

Compact state means: a state, the District of Columbia, or United States territory that has enacted this Compact legislation and which has not withdrawn pursuant to Article XIII, Section C or been terminated pursuant to Article XII, Section B.
Compact state means a state, U.S. commonwealth, possession or trust territory which is a signatory to the interstate compact on the placement of children.
Compact state means a state that has entered into the Interstate Compact Agreement for any license with a content area established under 511 IAC 15-6-1 through 511 IAC 15-6-36.
