Global Development Plan definition

Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3 (Global Development Plan).

Global Development Plan or “GDP” means the plan for the Parties’ Development of the Products in the Field in the U.S., Greater China and Xxxxxxx Territory, including the Development Budget, Registration Plan and Development Budget Forecast, as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Examples of Global Development Plan in a sentence

• On a Global Target-by-Global Target basis, Novartis will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to (a) [***] and (b) perform all Development activities for the Global Antibody Candidates and Global Licensed Products for such Global Target in accordance with the Global Development Plan.

• On a Global Target-by-Global Target basis, Surface will use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to (x) [***] and (y) perform all Development activities for the Global Antibody Candidates and Global Licensed Products for such Global Target in accordance with the Global Development Plan that Surface agrees to perform at Novartis’ request.

• Novartis will update the Global Development Plan for such Global Antibody Candidates and Global Licensed Products [***] and will provide such updated Global Development Plan to the JDC.

• Following the Co-Funding Option Exercise Date, Xxxxxxx will conduct its Development of the Licensed Products in accordance with the then-current Global Development Plan.

• The initial Global Development Plan for each Global Target will be included in the Option IND Package for such Global Target provided by Surface to Novartis under Section 4.2.2. The terms of, and Development activities set forth in, each Global Development Plan will at all times be designed to be in compliance with all applicable Laws and in accordance with professional and ethical standards customary in the pharmaceutical industry.

More Definitions of Global Development Plan

Global Development Plan has the definition set forth in Section 4.1.2 (Global Development Plans).

Global Development Plan means the plan setting forth the pre-clinical, clinical, manufacturing and regulatory activities and timelines relating to the development of Licensed Products in the Field. An initial draft of the Global Development Plan is set forth on Exhibit 1.28.

Global Development Plan means any Split Territory Global Development Plan or SMA Global Development Plan.

Global Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.4(a).

Global Development Plan means the development plan approved by the JSC that sets forth the Development activities of EPIZYME with respect to Therapeutic Product(s) and related Diagnostic Product(s), as such plan may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.

Global Development Plan means the development plan for the Shared Products that has been agreed by the Parties prior to the Amendment Date with respect to the Initial Shared Product, as such development plan may be updated from time to time by Vertex in accordance with Section 4.1.1, including to reflect the anticipated Development activities for any other Shared Product for which Vertex intends to file an IND.
