Co-Collateral Agent definition

Co-Collateral Agent means General Electric Capital Corporation, in its capacity as co-collateral agent hereunder.
Co-Collateral Agent has the meaning specified in the preamble to this Agreement.
Co-Collateral Agent means a financial institution appointed by the Collateral Agent in accordance with Sections 7.6(a) and 7.7 hereto to act as co-collateral agent for the Secured Parties.
