Collateral Agents definition

Collateral Agents means the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent, the Initial Additional First Lien Collateral Agent and each Additional Collateral Agent.
Collateral Agents means the First Lien Collateral Agent and the Second Lien Collateral Agent.
Collateral Agents means individually the ABL Collateral Agent or the New First Lien Collateral Agent and collectively means the ABL Collateral Agent and the New First Lien Collateral Agent.

Collateral Agents means, collectively, the U.S. Collateral Agent, the Canadian Collateral Agent and the Australian Collateral Agent.
