Trust Collateral Agent definition

Trust Collateral Agent means such successor Person.

Trust Collateral Agent means the Person acting as Trust Collateral Agent hereunder, its successors in interest and any successor Trust Collateral Agent hereunder.

Trust Collateral Agent means, initially, Citibank, N.A., a national banking association, in its capacity as collateral agent on behalf of the Issuer Secured Parties, including its successors-in-interest, until and unless a successor Person shall have become the Trust Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 6.17 hereof, and thereafter “Trust Collateral Agent” shall mean such successor Person.

The parties expressly acknowledge and consent to Computershare Trust Company, N.A. acting in the possible dual capacity of successor Servicer and in the capacities of Indenture Trustee, Trust Collateral Agent and Backup Servicer.
Upon request from the Trust Collateral Agent, the parties hereto will provide such additional information that they may have to assist the Trust Collateral Agent in making any such withholdings or information reports.

This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder may not be changed orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by Funding and CAC and consented to in writing by the Trust Collateral Agent acting at the written direction of the Majority Noteholders.

Trust Collateral Agent means Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as Trust Collateral Agent under the Indenture, acting as agent for the Indenture Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Indenture, and any successor in such capacity.
