Collateral Agent Fee definition

Collateral Agent Fee means the fee payable to the Collateral Agent in arrears on each Quarterly Payment Date in an amount specified in the Collateral Agent Fee Letter.
Collateral Agent Fee. The fees, expenses and indemnities set forth as such in the Collateral Agent Fee Letter and as provided for in this Agreement or any other Transaction Document.
Collateral Agent Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.05(b)(ii).

  • The Collateral Agent’s entitlement to receive the Collateral Agent Fee shall cease on the earlier to occur of: (i) its removal as Collateral Agent and appointment of a successor Collateral Agent pursuant to Section 7.5 or (ii) the termination of this Agreement; provided, however, that the Collateral Agent shall be entitled to receive any accrued and unpaid Collateral Agent Fees due and owing to it at the time of such removal or termination.
