First Lien Collateral Agent definition

First Lien Collateral Agent means the “Collateral Agent” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

First Lien Collateral Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.

More Definitions of First Lien Collateral Agent

First Lien Collateral Agent means the “Collateral Agent” (or the functional equivalent of such term) under the First Lien Facility Documents.

First Lien Collateral Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as collateral agent for the New First Lien Secured Parties (as defined in the Registration Statement, the Disclosure Package and the Prospectus) and for the holders of the obligations under the Credit Facilities (excluding the holders of obligations under the asset-based revolving credit facility) and under the First Lien Indentures.
