Collateral Trustee definition

Collateral Trustee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Collateral Trustee means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under the Collateral Trust Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.
Collateral Trustee means U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, in its capacity as Collateral Trustee hereunder and under the Indenture.

  • Upon request of any such successor Collateral Trustee, the Issuer shall execute any and all instruments for more fully and certainly vesting in and confirming to such successor Collateral Trustee all such rights, powers and trusts.
