Upon request of any such successor Collateral Trustee, the Issuer shall execute any and all instruments for more fully and certainly vesting in and confirming to such successor Collateral Trustee all such rights, powers and trusts.
The Collateral Trustee may hold, lease, operate, manage or otherwise deal with any property so acquired in any manner permitted by law in accordance with this Indenture.
The Collateral Trustee may at any time terminate the agency of any Authenticating Agent by giving written notice of termination to such Authenticating Agent and the Issuer.
Proof of execution of any such instrument or of a writing appointing any such agent shall be sufficient for any purpose of this Indenture and conclusive in favor of the Collateral Trustee and the Issuer, if made in the manner provided in this Section 14.2.
Reference is hereby made to the Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto for a statement of the respective rights, limitations of rights, duties and immunities thereunder of the Issuer, the Notes, the Collateral Trustee and the Holders and the terms upon which the Notes are, and are to be, authenticated and delivered.
