Collateral Trustee definition

Collateral Trustee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Collateral Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under the Collateral Trust Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.
Collateral Trustee means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under the Collateral Trust Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.

Collateral Trustee means initially Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, and its successors and any corporation resulting from or surviving any consolidation or merger to which it or its successors may be a party and any successor collateral trustee appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement.
Collateral Trustee means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, and its successors, as Collateral Trustee for the Collateral under this Indenture, the Security Documents and any additional Collateral Trustee or Supplemental Collateral Trustee.
