Funds definition

Funds means financial assets and benefits of every kind, including, but not limited to:

Funds means the money the Province provides to the Recipient pursuant to the Agreement.

Funds shall refer to those Fund(s) for which the Sub-Advisor provides investment management services and as are listed on Exhibit A to this Agreement.

Examples of Funds in a sentence

• Direct costs of PMFS are allocated to the Insurance Funds based on the number of active Insurance Funds' Portfolios.

• Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to require the Trust or a Fund to take any action contrary to the Trust’s Agreement and Declaration of Trust or By-Laws, or any applicable statutory or regulatory requirement to which the Trust or a Fund is subject or by which the Trust or a Fund is bound, or to relieve or deprive the Trust’s Board of Trustees of the Board’s responsibility for and control of the conduct of the affairs of the Trust or the Funds.

• In addition: • The Information Technology and Corporate Expenses allocated to PMFS shall be shared with 50% paid by the Advisor and 50% paid by the Funds.

More Definitions of Funds

Funds means the Funds listed on Schedule 1 collectively.
