Capital Expense Budget definition

Capital Expense Budget means the budget for Capital Expenses adopted in accordance with Section 4.9.
Capital Expense Budget means a comprehensive budget, approved as provided in the Participation Agreement, estimating all anticipated and proposed Capital Expenses for Capital Improvements and recommended reserves therefor.
Capital Expense Budget is defined in Section 6.3.1.

More Definitions of Capital Expense Budget

Capital Expense Budget means the annual Capital Expense budget which is in effect from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Article VI hereto. Capital Expense Reserve - shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2 hereof.
