Bunker Requisition Form definition

Bunker Requisition Form means the document (i) prepared by the Seller or Supplier and signed and stamped by the Master of the Vessel before commencement of bunkering operations; (ii) requesting delivery of the Marine Fuel, and containing the quantities and the grades of the Marine Fuel requested; and (iii) confirming the name of the Vessel and her IMO number.

  • These General Terms and Conditions are deemed incorporated in each Confirmation Note, Invoice, Bunker Delivery Note, Tank Measurement Form, Bunker Requisition Form and together with these General Terms and Conditions constitute a complete and exclusive Agreement of Sale of Marine Fuel.

  • Chief Engineer/Master of the Vessel shall sign and place the seal of the Vessel on the Bunker Requisition Form in confirmation of the details indicated therein and return same to the Bunker Supervisor PROVIDED THAT failure to sign and seal the Bunker Requisition Form shall not invalidate the confirmation of the order for Bunkers and the details contained therein.

  • Before commencement of the delivery, authorized personnel of the receiving Vessel shall sign on the Bunker Requisition Form, Tank Measurement Form, and any other related document upon gauging before pumping.

  • These General Terms and Conditions are deemed incorporated in each Confirmation Note, Invoice, Bunker Delivery Note, Tank Measurement Form, Bunker Requisition Form and Term Contract.

  • The user may only use the database after this End User License Agreement (XXXX) has been signed and returned to the iBUG Group at Imperial College London.

Related to Bunker Requisition Form

  • Special Instruction Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to change his/her particulars and will be stated in this Offering Document.
