Certification Scheme definition

Certification Scheme means the ‘Human Services Scheme Part 1 – Common requirements for bodies certifying Human Services’ and ‘Human Services Scheme Part 2Additional requirements for bodies certifying Human Services in Queensland’ approved by XXX-ANZ under which bodies accredited by XXX-ANZ can, through Certification Audits, certify and re-certify that an organisation is delivering human services in compliance with the Quality Standards, published on the website at xxx.xxx-anz.com.au or such other website as We may from time to time notify You;
Certification Scheme means a third-party verification scheme that is open under transparent, fair and non-discriminatory terms to all traders willing and able to comply with the scheme’s requirements, which certifies that a product complies with certain requirements, and for which the monitoring of compliance is objective, based on international, Union or national standards and procedures and carried out by a party independent from both the scheme owner and the trader;
