Bridge Security Documents definition

Bridge Security Documents has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Bridge Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Bridge Facility Agreement.
Bridge Security Documents means, collectively, (a) so long as the Interim Loan Agreements are outstanding any and all documents executed in connection with the Interim Loan Agreements or in furtherance thereof, pursuant to which any Credit Party grants to the Bridge Secured Parties (whether through a Bridge Agent or otherwise) a Lien on the Bridge Collateral and the Shared Collateral, or any part thereof as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time and (b) thereafter any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed, which in each case may include intercreditor and/or subordination agreements or arrangements among various Bridge Secured Parties.

  • Note Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any Note Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

  • ABL Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • Term Loan Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • Collateral Security Documents Any document or instrument given to secure or guaranty the Mortgage Loan, including without limitation, the Mortgage, each as amended, supplemented, assigned, extended or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • U.S. Security Documents means and include the U.S. Security Agreement, the U.S. Pledge Agreement, each Mortgage covering a U.S. Mortgage Property and each Additional Security Document covering assets of a U.S. Credit Party situated in the United States.

  • Additional Security Documents shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.12(a).

  • Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, any share pledge agreement governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • Priority Lien Security Documents means the Priority Credit Agreement (insofar as the same grants a Lien on the Collateral), each agreement listed in Part A of Exhibit B hereto, and any other security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, control agreements, or grants or transfers for security, now existing or entered into after the date hereof, executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Grantor creating (or purporting to create) a Lien upon Collateral in favor of the Priority Lien Agent (including any such agreements, assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust and other documents or instruments associated with any Priority Substitute Credit Facility).

  • First Priority Documents means the First Priority Agreement, each First Priority Security Document and each First Priority Guarantee.

  • Second Priority Documents means each Second Priority Agreement, each Second Priority Security Document and each Second Priority Guarantee.

  • Security Documentation means all documents and information made available by Google under Section 7.5.1 (Reviews of Security Documentation).

  • Second Lien Security Agreement means the Second Lien Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Initial Borrower, the Parent Borrower, certain Subsidiaries of the Parent Borrower from time to time party thereto and the Second Lien Notes Collateral Agent, as amended, restated, waived, restructured, renewed, extended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time or as replaced in connection with any Refinancing, extension, refunding or replacement of the Second Lien Notes Indenture.

  • Foreign Security Documents means each security document set forth on Schedule 1.01E.

  • Credit Facility Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Facility, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Additional Security Document means, any security document relating to the ETP Securities designated as such by Issuer and the Trustee, as amended, supplemented, novated and/or replaced from time to time but, for the avoidance of doubt, not including the Trust Deed or the Margin Account Security Agreement.

  • Subordinated Note Documents means the Subordinated Notes, the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement, the “Fee Letter” under and as defined in the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement and any other Note Document (as defined in the Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement).

  • First Lien Security Agreement means the “Security Agreement” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Senior Secured Note Documents means the Senior Secured Note Indenture, the Senior Secured Note Guarantees, the Senior Secured Notes, the Intercreditor Arrangements, any security document relating to the Senior Secured Notes and/or the Senior Secured Note Indenture and any other document that may be entered into pursuant to any of the foregoing.

  • Subordinated Note Indenture means the Indenture dated as of the Closing Date, among the Borrower, the guarantors party thereto and The Bank of New York, as trustee, pursuant to which the Subordinated Notes are issued, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time to the extent permitted by Section 10.7(b).
