Bridge Agent definition

Bridge Agent means ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Senior Funding, Inc. and any successor agent under the Bridge Loan Agreement or any other Bridge Loan Document.
Bridge Agent means The Toronto-Dominion Bank of Triton Court, ▇▇/▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ or such successor bank or financial institution as is appointed agent for the banks pursuant to the terms of the Bridge Facility;
Bridge Agent means the Bridge Agent which is signatory to this Agreement and any other successor Bridge Agent pursuant to the terms of the Bridge Loan Agreement.

  • On the Initial Borrowing Date, each Credit Party, the Collateral Agent (for and on behalf of the Secured Creditors) and the Bridge Agent (for and on behalf of the Bridge Secured Creditors) (and the trustee for any issue of Permitted Second Lien Notes then outstanding) shall have duly authorized, executed and delivered the Intercreditor Agreement, and the Intercreditor Agreement shall be in full force and effect.

Bridge Agent means the collateral agent from time to time named in the Bridge Note Purchase Agreement.
