Bids definition
Bids means the Techno Commercial Bid submitted by the Bidder along with all documents / credentials / attachments annexure etc., in response to this RFQ, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
Bids means documents required to be submitted in response to the Invitation to Bid and ITB.
Bids shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph 1(a) of Part II of this Section 12.
Examples of Bids in a sentence
The Commissioner, in his/her sole discretion, may accept or reject illegible, incomplete or vague Bids and his/her decision shall be final.
Bids offering Products that are manufactured or produced in public institutions will be rejected.

Bids shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph (a) of Section 1 of Part II of Article X of these Bylaws.
