Bids definition

Bids means the Techno Commercial Bid submitted by the Bidder along with all documents / credentials / attachments annexure etc., in response to this RFQ, in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
Bids means documents required to be submitted in response to the Invitation to Bid and ITB.
Bids shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph 1(a) of Part II of this Section 12.1.

More Definitions of Bids

Bids shall have the respective meanings specified in paragraph (a) of Section 1 of Part II of Article X of these Bylaws.
Bids means, any bid or offer along with other documents, submitted by the Bidder(s) as required in terms of the Public Advertisement of sale and E-Auction Process Document issued by the Liquidator and in accordance with the provisions of IBC read together withThe Liquidation Process Regulations as amended from time to time and the Applicable Law(s);

Bids means response by an eligible Bidder against this RfP.
Bids means, jointly and severally, the Bidders’ responses to the RFB, including all exhibits, schedules, addenda, appendices, and attachments thereto, and any material representations made by the Bidder submitting said response.
