Government Contracts definition

Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a)(viii).
Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(a)(vii).
Government Contracts means all contracts with the United States government or any other Governmental Authority or any agency of any of the foregoing, and all amendments, modifications and supplements thereto.

More Definitions of Government Contracts

Government Contracts means any agreement, commitment, undertaking, or arrangement of any kind with a government agency, government prime contractor, government grant recipient, or higher-tier government subcontractor to which Company is a party as of the date of this Agreement.
Government Contracts means (a) written contracts between the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and the Federal Government; and (b) written subcontracts (a “Subcontract”) between the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries and a prime contractor who is providing goods or services to the Federal Government pursuant to a written contract with the Federal Government (the “Prime Contract”), provided that the Subcontract relates only to goods or services being provided to the Federal Government pursuant to the Prime Contract.
Government Contracts means, individually or collectively as the context may require, (a) written contracts between any VSE Entity and the Government and (b) written subcontracts between any VSE Entity and a Prime Contractor which is providing goods or services to the Government pursuant to a written contract with the Government if the subcontract relates only to the scope of work being provided to the Government pursuant to the above-referenced written contract with the Government (a “Government Subcontract”).
Government Contracts means written contracts between the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor and the Government.
Government Contracts means any prime contract, subcontract, teaming agreement, joint venture, basic ordering agreement, pricing agreement, letter contract, grant, cooperative agreement, or other mutually binding legal agreement between the Company and (i) any Governmental Authority, (ii) any prime contractor of any Governmental Authority, or (iii) any subcontractor of any Governmental Authority; provided that a task order, purchase order or delivery order under a Government Contract shall not constitute a separate Government Contract for purposes of this definition, but shall be part of the Government Contract to which it relates.
