Public Advertisement definition

Public Advertisement means an announcement dated 05.07.2021 in newspaper(s) inviting an expression of interest from the Bidders, who shall submit their Bid to participate in the liquidation process of the Company in accordance with the provisions of IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations.

Public Advertisement or “Sale Notice” shall mean an announcement in newspaper(s) inviting an expression of interest from the Bidders, who are desirous to submit their Bid to participate in the liquidation process of the Company in accordance with the provisions of IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations;

Public Advertisement means an advertisement dated 18th April, 2022 published in newspapers inviting bid from interested persons to participate in the e-auction process of the Company in accordance with the provisions of IBC and Liquidation Process Regulations;

Examples of Public Advertisement in a sentence

• Bid Proposals shall be hand delivered or mailed in a sealed envelope, and the name and address of the bidder and the name of the bid as set forth in the Public Advertisement for Bids must be written clearly on the outside of the sealed envelope.
