The Company proposes to undertake an initial public offering of its equity shares of face value of ₹5 each (“Equity Shares”) comprising of a fresh issue aggregating up to ₹ 2,250.00 million by the Company (“Fresh Issue”) and an offer for sale of Equity Shares (“Offered Shares”) by the Selling Shareholders (“Offer for Sale” and together with the Fresh Issue, the “Offer”).
