Base Service Fees definition

Base Service Fees means the Fees Earned during the Service Period for Base Services; provided, however, such fees shall not include any Fees 120 Earned by DTN from subscribers to Base Services (i) for one-time installation fees to the extent such fees do not exceed a reasonable third party equivalent cost, (ii) for sales, use, privilege, excise, property or other taxes assessments or governmental charges or (iii) for the first $7,500 per month of Optional Service fees. For the avoidance of doubt any Optional Service fees in relation to Base Services in excess of $7,500 per month in relation to Base Services plus Limited Services will be included as part of Base Service Fees.

  • In consideration for the provision of the Services, Recipient will pay Provider the fees for each Service specified on Schedule A, which fees are inclusive of an administrative service fee (the “Base Service Fees”); provided that the Base Service Fees for each Service shall be increased by five percent (5%) each year effective as of the anniversary of the Effective Date.
