Assignment Price definition

Assignment Price. All the consideration to be paid by the WFOE or its designated entity or individual to the Existing Shareholders for acquiring the equity/assets of the Company at each time of exercise.
Assignment Price means the price set forth in the Section 3.01 hereof.
Assignment Price has the meaning defined in Article 2.1.

More Definitions of Assignment Price

Assignment Price means (i) the Base Purchase Price, minus (ii) the Escrow Amount, plus (iii) any amounts actually distributed to AG Peru in accordance with the Escrow Agreement.
