Assignment Agreements. The following Assignment, Assumption and Recognition Agreements, each dated as of March 29, 2006, whereby certain Servicing Agreements solely with respect to the related Mortgage Loans were assigned to the Depositor for the benefit of the Certificateholders:
Assignment Agreements. The agreements attached hereto as Exhibit I, whereby the Servicing Agreements were assigned to the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders.
Assignment Agreements means the agreements assigning ownership of the Patents from the inventors and/or prior owners to Seller.

Assignment Agreements. The agreements attached hereto as Exhibit I, whereby the Servicing Agreements were assigned to the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders. Assumed Final Distribution Date: September 25, 2033, or if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day.
