Consideration Payable definition

Consideration Payable means the consideration payable in respect of the Purchase Price and the Construction cost;
Consideration Payable is the amount payable by the Purchaser for the Erf and the Contract Price as set out in paragraph 9 of Schedule 1;
Consideration Payable means the total value of consideration payable by or to the Authority or in the requirements of the Authority under the contract or any series of contracts of which it forms a part.
