Approved Customers definition

Approved Customers means any customers that the Seller is authorized to privately distribute beer to under an ancillary agreement;
Approved Customers means those entities approved by the Company to participate in the SBDI Program (or, if applicable, any other Programs) based on eligibility criteria described in the Statement of Work or otherwise defined by the Company from time to time.
Approved Customers means those account debtors of Receivables generated by Seller listed in Part B of Exhibit A.

  • Credit Approved Customers must provide a valid Purchase Order as requested to be approved by KS.

  • All risks associated with the storage of Product at the Warehouse and any transfers of such Product to the BCLDB at its Distribution Centre, or to Approved Customers, if applicable, will be for our account.

  • The BCLDB will issue to me or to my Warehouse on my behalf, a Release Purchase Order for transfers of Product (import beer) to the BCLDB’s Distribution Centre or in the case of beer privately distributed, to the Retail Accounting Centre for sale and distribution to Approved Customers, in accordance with the terms of any ancillary agreement.

More Definitions of Approved Customers

Approved Customers means the following customers of ATSI (as amended, from time to time, by Lender in its reasonable discretion): Pxxxxxxx, Motorola, National Semiconductor, Samsung, Intel, Fujitsu, Siemens, ST Microelectronics, Sony, AMCC, LSI Logic, Texas Instruments, On Semiconductor and TSMC.
Approved Customers means Customers as listed in Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Customers that Intematix has obtained approval from SemiLEDs according to the procedure described in Section 3.3. SemiLEDs has the absolute right to remove any Approved Customer from the Approved Customer list set forth in Exhibit A upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to Intematix.
Approved Customers means all customers selected by Licensee and approved by Licensor in its reasonable discretion and includes all department stores, specialty footwear retailers, specialty action sports market, independent specialty stores, .coms and sporting goods stores to which the former DVS Company sold Products bearing the Licensed Trademark.
Approved Customers means Approved Full Price Customers (as defined in Section 4.1) and Approved Off Price Customers (as defined in Section 4.2).
Approved Customers as of any date of determination, those account debtors of Receivables generated by a Seller and covered by the Insurance Policy as of such date (provided, that the exclusion of any account debtor from the Insurance Policy as of any date shall not in and of itself affect any Receivables previously purchased with respect to such account debtor).
Approved Customers means those customers of the Companies listed in Exhibit D hereto, and (b) such other customers of the Companies as shall be designated by the Companies from time to time in writing to FPM, provided, however, the Companies shall have the right to give written notice to FPM that a customer, whether now, or hereafter approved, is no longer an Approved Customer.
