LSI Logic definition

LSI Logic means LSI Logic Corporation, a Delaware corporation. In all such instances in which LSI Logic is referred to in this Agreement, it shall also be deemed to include a reference to each member of the LSI Logic Group, unless it specifically provides otherwise.

LSI Logic means (i) LSI Logic, (ii) any successor common parent corporation described in Treas. Reg. § 1.1502-75(d)(2)(i) or (ii), or (iii) any corporation as to which LSI Logic (or successor corporation described in clause (ii) hereof) is the “predecessor” within the meaning of Treas. Reg. § 1.1502-1(f)(4), if such corporation acquires LSI Logic (or a successor corporation described in clause (ii) hereof) in a “reverse acquisition” within the meaning of Treas.   • LSI Logic represents and warrants that it has the right, including all government consents and approvals, to assign Mintsim on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and that to the best of its knowledge Mintsim as assigned does not infringe, and has not been accused of infringement of, any United States patent or copyright or misappropriate any trade secret of a third party.

  • Verisity will work closely with LSI Logic to build and execute a robust plan for the transition of Mintsim features to Specman Plus.

  • LSI Logic shall have no other right to license or distribute Mintsim software for commercial use.
