Covered Customer definition
Covered Customer means any Person who is or was an actual customer or client (or prospective customer or client with whom a Covered Party actively marketed or made or taken specific action to make a proposal) of a Covered Party as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(b) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.
Covered Customer means (A) during the Term, any customer of the Company and (B) after the Term, any person or entity who was, as of the end of the Term, a customer of the Company.

More Definitions of Covered Customer
Covered Customer means a customer who elects coverage under a portable electronics insurance policy issued to a vendor of portable electronics.
Covered Customer means those entities and/or persons (customers or suppliers) that have a continuing business relationship or prospective business relationship with the Company and that did business with the Company within the last twenty-four (24) months the Participant was with the Company and that the Participant either: (a) received or handled Confidential and Proprietary Information about; (b) had contact with; or (c) supervised others who had contact with.

I am responsible for seeking clarification from the Company’s Human Resources department if it is unclear to me at any time what the scope of the Territory is. State and county references include equivalents.

The term “Covered Business” shall mean (A) during the term, any business in which the Company is engaged and (B) after the Term, any business in which the Company was engaged as of the end of the Term.
