Approval Documents definition

Approval Documents means the Application, the Letter of Approval, these General Terms and any annexes to any of the foregoing, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 12 hereof and all documents relating to, in connection with or ancillary to the foregoing;
Approval Documents means the constructor’s documents accompanied by test reports or other documents which the Technical Service or the competent authority have added in the execution of their tasks;
Approval Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(b)(v).

  • Note that Event Approval Documents must be provided no later than thirty (30) days of approval of your requested event date for the event calendar.

  • Review and Approval: Documents specified above must be submitted for review and approval by the State prior to the commencement of work by Contractor.

  • The Course Provider shall ensure that the training conducted at all Training Sites in Singapore complies at all times with all the terms and conditions stipulated in the Approval Documents.

  • IMDA reserves the right to vary and/or supplement the provisions of the Approval Documents where reasonably required, and the Course Provider agrees to comply with any such variation and/or supplement, upon four (4) weeks' prior written notice from IMDA.


More Definitions of Approval Documents

Approval Documents means written evidence of Steering Committee approval which allows the Requestor to access samples of the Banked Material for use in the Research, a copy of which is attached to this Agreement at Schedule 1.
