Scheme Documents definition

Scheme Documents means, collectively, (i) the Scheme Circular, (ii) the Press Release, (iii) the Scheme Resolutions and (iv) any other document issued by or on behalf of the Target to its shareholders in respect of the Scheme.
Scheme Documents means the Scheme Press Release, the Scheme Circular and any other material document sent to the holders of Target Shares in relation to the terms and conditions of the Scheme.
Scheme Documents means the Rule 2.7 Announcement, the Scheme Circular together with the notices of the Court Meeting and General Meeting which accompany that Scheme Circular, the Scheme Resolutions, any other document dispatched by or on behalf of the Target to its shareholders in connection with the Scheme.

Examples of Scheme Documents in a sentence

  • In the case of a Scheme, the Scheme Documents contain all the material terms of the Scheme; and in the case of an Offer, the Offer Documents contain all material terms of the Offer.

  • Shareholders are accordingly advised to exercise caution, and to refrain from taking any action in relation to their Shares until they or their advisers have considered the information set out in the Scheme Documents, the Information Memorandum and further announcements released by the Company.

  • The Scheme Documents should be read together, and in conjunction with, the Information Memorandum to be despatched together with the Scheme Documents.

Scheme Documents means the Scheme Press Announcement and the Scheme Circular.
