Scheme Documents definition

Scheme Documents means, collectively, (i) the Scheme Circular, (ii) the Press Release, (iii) the Scheme Resolutions and (iv) any other document issued by or on behalf of the Target to its shareholders in respect of the Scheme.
Scheme Documents means the Press Release and the Scheme Circular.
Scheme Documents means (a) any Scheme Press Release, (b) the Scheme Circular (if any) and (c) any other document designated in writing as such by Borrower and Administrative Agent.

  • Pensions will give the Employer at least three months' notice of any proposed amendment to the Scheme Documents which could have the effect of increasing the Employer’s liability in relation to the Scheme, unless the Employer agrees to a shorter notice period.

More Definitions of Scheme Documents

Scheme Documents means the Scheme Press Release, the Scheme Circular and any other material document sent to the holders of Target Shares in relation to the terms and conditions of the Scheme.
Scheme Documents means the Rule 2.7 Announcement, the Scheme Circular together with the notices of the Court Meeting and General Meeting which accompany that Scheme Circular, the Scheme Resolutions, any other document dispatched by or on behalf of the Target to its shareholders in connection with the Scheme.
