Appraised Collateral definition

Appraised Collateral means Collateral that is Mortgaged Collateral, Primary Routes, Appraised FAA Slots, Flight Simulators, Tooling, Ground Support Equipment, Real Property Assets or any other individual asset that, in each case is included in an Appraisal Report.
Appraised Collateral means the amount calculated by applying collateral valuation haircuts, group limits and lower group limits to the total collateral deposited;ç) Variation Margin: means the daily change in the netted value in TL of the debt or credit/receivable amount calculated by discounting the projected cash flows of over-the-counter derivatives transactions in the future periods;

Appraised Collateral means (i) all aircraft, spare engines, flight simulators, ground service equipment, passenger loading bridges and spare parts that are part of the Collateral, (ii) Slots and Gate Leases that are part of the Collateral, (iii) each item of Pledged Real Property that is the subject of a Mortgage, and (iv) such other Aircraft Related Equipment that is part of the Collateral and for which the Obligors elect to obtain Appraisal Reports.
Appraised Collateral means Spare Engines, Spare Parts, Ground Service Equipment, Flight Simulators, Real Estate, Slots, Gates, Aircraft and such other assets as are acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion that constitute Collateral and for which the Obligors elect to obtain Appraisal Reports.
