Mortgaged Collateral definition

Mortgaged Collateral means all of the “Collateral” as defined in the Aircraft and Spare Engine Mortgage (including as supplemented by any Mortgage Supplement).
Mortgaged Collateral means all of the “Collateral” as defined in any Engine Mortgage or the “Real Property” as defined in the U.S. Real Estate Mortgage.
Mortgaged Collateral means all of the “Collateral” as defined in the Second Lien Aircraft Mortgage (including any Mortgage Supplement).

  • The Aircraft, Engines and Spare Engines listed on Schedule 3.18 represent each of the Aircraft, Engine and Spare Engine constituting Mortgaged Collateral as of the Closing Date that were first placed in service prior to October 22, 1994.

Mortgaged Collateral means all the collateral that is subject to a Mortgage.
