The Aircraft, Engines and Spare Engines listed on Schedule 3.18 represent each of the Aircraft, Engine and Spare Engine constituting Mortgaged Collateral as of the Closing Date that were first placed in service prior to October 22, 1994.
The Trustee and each of the Holders acknowledge that a release of Mortgaged Collateral or a Lien strictly in accordance with the terms of the Security Agreements and of this Article 12 will not be deemed for any purpose to be an impairment of the Lien on the Mortgaged Collateral in contravention of the terms of this Indenture.
