Applicable Lending Installation definition

Applicable Lending Installation is defined in Section 2.02(e).
Applicable Lending Installation means, with respect to any Lender, any office(s), agency(ies), branch(es), Subsidiary(ies) or Affiliate(s) of such Lender selected by such Lender and notified to the Company and the Agent by such Lender from time to time and, with respect to the Agent, any office(s), agency(ies), branch(es), Subsidiary(ies) or Affiliate(s) of the Agent selected by the Agent and notified to the Company from time to time.
Applicable Lending Installation has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.02(e).

  • All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Applicable Lending Installation of such Lender and the Loans and any Notes issued hereunder shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of any such Applicable Lending Installation.

  • Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender or the Agent, any office, branch, subsidiary or affiliate of such Lender or the Agent.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Customer’s Installation means an Electrical Installation and includes Distributed Generation, if Distributed Generation is connected to a Customer's Installation; "Customer’s Premises" means the land and buildings owned or occupied by a Customer, and any land over which the Customer has an easement or right to pass electricity, including:

  • Internal Installation or “Internally Install” means installing into production Client Applications and/or Server Applications on one or more computers within Licensee’s company or organization only in connection with Licensee’s internal business purposes.

  • Utility Installation means carpeting, window coverings, air lines, power panels, electrical distribution systems, lighting fixtures, space heaters, air conditioning, plumbing, and fencing. Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of said alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations at the expiration of the term, and restore the Premises to their prior condition. Lessor may require Lessee to provide Lessor, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, a lien and completion bond in an amount equal to one and one-half times the estimated cost of such improvements, to insure Lessor against any liability for mechanic's and materialmen's liens and to insure completion of the work. Should Lessee make any alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations without the prior approval of Lessor, Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of the same.

  • electrical installation means an electrical installation as defined in the Regulations;

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

"LESSEE-OWNED ALTERATIONS AND/OR UTILITY INSTALLATIONS" are defined as Alterations and/or Utility Installations made by Lessee that are not yet owned by Lessor pursuant to Paragraph 7.4(a). Lessee shall not make nor cause to be made any Alterations or Utility Installations in, on, under or about the Premises without Lessor's prior written consent. Lessee may, however, make non-structural Utility Installations to the interior of the Premises (excluding the roof) without Lessor's consent but upon notice to Lessor, so long as they are not visible from the outside of the Premises, do not involve puncturing, relocating or removing the roof or any existing walls, or changing or interfering with the fire sprinkler or fire detection systems and the cumulative cost thereof during the term of this Lease as extended does not exceed $2,500.00.

  • Specialty Alterations means Alterations consisting of kitchens, executive bathrooms, raised computer floors, computer installations, vaults, libraries, internal staircases, dumbwaiters, pneumatic tubes, vertical and horizontal transportation systems, and other Alterations of a similar character.

  • Planned special exposure means an infrequent exposure to radiation, separate from and in addition to the annual occupational dose limits.
