Lending Installation definition

Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender or the Agent, the office, branch, subsidiary or affiliate of such Lender or the Agent listed on the signature pages hereof or on a Schedule or otherwise selected by such Lender or the Agent pursuant to Section 2.17.

Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender or the Administrative Agent, any office, branch, subsidiary or affiliate of such Lender or the Administrative Agent.

• Each payment delivered to the Global Administrative Agent for the account of any U.S. Lender shall be delivered promptly by the Global Administrative Agent to such U.S. Lender in the same type of funds which the Global Administrative Agent received at its address specified pursuant to Article XVIII or at any Lending Installation specified in a notice received by the Global Administrative Agent from such U.S. Lender.

• To the extent reasonably possible, each U.S. Lender shall designate an alternate Lending Installation with respect to its Eurodollar Loans to reduce any liability of the Company to such U.S. Lender under Sections 6.1, 6.5 and 6.6 or to avoid the unavailability of a Rate Option under Section 6.2, so long as such designation is not disadvantageous to such U.S. Lender in the sole opinion of such U.S. Lender.

• Each U.S. Lender may book its Loans at any Lending Installation selected by such U.S. Lender and may change its Lending Installation from time to time.

• Each U.S. Lender may, by written or telex or facsimile notice to the Global Administrative Agent and the Company, designate a Lending Installation through which Loans will be made by it and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.

• All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Lending Installation and the Notes shall be deemed held by each U.S. Lender for the benefit of such Lending Installation.

More Definitions of Lending Installation

Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender or the Administrative Agent, the office, branch, subsidiary or affiliate of such Lender or the Administrative Agent listed on the signature pages hereof (in the case of the Administrative Agent) or on its Administrative Questionnaire (in the case of a Lender) or otherwise selected by such Lender or the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.17.

Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender or the Agents, the office, branch, subsidiary or affiliate of such Lender or Agent listed on the administrative information sheets provided to the Administrative Agent in connection herewith, or otherwise selected by such Lender or Agent pursuant to Section 2.17.

Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender, the LC Issuer or the Agent, the office, branch, subsidiary or Affiliate of such Lender, LC Issuer or the Agent listed on the signature pages hereof or on a Schedule or otherwise selected by such Lender, the LC Issuer or the Agent pursuant to Section 2.22.

Lending Installation means any office, branch, subsidiary or Affiliate of a Bank.

Lending Installation means, with respect to a Lender or the Agent, the office, branch, subsidiary or affiliate of such Lender or the Agent with respect to each Agreed Currency listed on Schedule 2 or otherwise selected by such Lender or the Agent pursuant to Section 2.20.
