Annual Collection Costs definition

Annual Collection Costs shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Annual Collection Costs means the actual or estimated costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) paid or incurred in connection with: (1) the preparation of Service Plan Updates and the resulting adjustments, if any, to Assessments or Annual Installments; (2) the computation, collection, and application of payments of Assessments and Annual Installments and any other payments related thereto; (3) the performance of any duties or obligations imposed by the Service and Assessment Plan or this Indenture related to (i) the computation, collection and application of payments of Assessments and Annual Installments and any other related payments, or (ii) the use of any of the foregoing payments to pay the Phase 2B, 2C, and 3A1 Cost; (4) maintaining books and records with respect to the foregoing; and (5) payment of debt service or any other obligations related to the Bonds as required by this Indenture and costs incurred performing any other duties or obligations imposed by this Indenture (including the calculation and disposition of the costs of arbitrage).
Annual Collection Costs means the actual or budgeted costs and expenses related specifically to the Major Improvement Area, including costs and expenses related to the operation of the District, including, but not limited to, costs and expenses for: (1) the Administrator; (2) City staff; (3) legal counsel, engineers, accountants, financial advisors, and other consultants engaged by the City; (4) calculating, collecting, and maintaining records with respect to Assessments and Annual Installments; (5) preparing and maintaining records with respect to Assessment Rolls and Annual Service Plan Updates; (6) paying and redeeming Bonds;(7) investing or depositing Assessments and Annual Installments; (8) complying with the Service and Assessment Plan, this Indenture and the PID Act with respect to the Bonds, including continuing disclosure requirements; and (9) the paying agent/registrar and Trustee in connection with Bonds, including their respective legal counsel. Annual Collection Costs do not include payment of the actual principal of, redemption premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds. Annual Collection Costs collected but not expended in any year shall be carried forward and applied to reduce Annual Collection Costs for subsequent years.

  • The Annual Collection Costs shall be paid for by each Parcel of Assessed Property pro rata based on the ratio of the amount of outstanding Assessment remaining on such Parcel to the total outstanding Assessment on all Parcels of Assessed Property.

More Definitions of Annual Collection Costs

Annual Collection Costs means the actual or budgeted costs and expenses related to the operation of the PID, including, but not limited to, costs and expenses for: (1) the PID administrator; (2) legal counsel, engineers, accountants, financial advisors, and other consultants engaged by the City; (3) calculating, collecting, and maintaining records with respect to Assessments and Annual Installments; (4) preparing and maintaining records with respect to Assessment Rolls and annual service plan updates; (5) paying and redeeming PID Bonds; (6) investing or depositing Assessments and Annual Installments; (7) complying with the Service and Assessment Plan and the Act with respect to the PID Bonds, including the City’s continuing disclosure and arbitrage rebate requirements; and (8) the paying agent/registrar and Trustee in connection with PID Bonds, including their respective legal counsel. Annual Collection Costs collected but not expended in any year shall be carried forward and applied to reduce Annual Collection Costs for subsequent years.
Annual Collection Costs are those as defined in the SAP.
Annual Collection Costs means the following actual or budgeted costs, as applicable, related to the annual collection costs of outstanding Assessments paid in installments, including the costs or anticipated costs of: (i) issuing, refunding or refinancing bonds, (ii) computing, levying, collecting and transmitting the Assessments (whether by the District, the Administrator or otherwise), (iii) remitting the Assessments to a Trustee, if any, (iv) the costs of the District, the Administrator and Trustee (including legal counsel) in the discharge of their duties, (v) complying with arbitrage rebate requirements, if any, (vi) complying with securities disclosure requirements, if any, and (vii) the District in any way related to the collection of the Assessments in installments, including, without limitation, the costs of foreclosure proceedings, the administration of the PID, maintaining the record of installments, payments and reallocations and/or cancellations of Assessments, and the repayment of the Bonds, including, without limitation, any associated legal expenses, the reasonable costs of other consultants and advisors and contingencies and reserves for such costs as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors of the District. Annual Collection Costs collected and not expended for actual Annual Collection Costs shall be carried forward and applied to reduce Annual Collection Costs in subsequent years to avoid the over-collection of Annual Collection Costs.
Annual Collection Costs means, with respect to Improvement Area #1 and Improvement Area #2, the actual or budgeted costs and expenses related to the creation and operation of the District, the issuance and sale of the Bonds, and the construction, operation and maintenance of the Improvement Area #1-2 Projects, including, but not limited to, costs and expenses for: (1) the Administrator and City staff; (2) legal counsel, engineers, accountants, financial advisors, and other consultants engaged by the City; (3) calculating, collecting, and maintaining records with respect to Improvement Area #1 Assessments, Improvement Area #2 Assessments, and Annual Installments; (4) preparing and maintaining records with respect to Improvement Area #1 Assessment Rolls, Improvement Area #2 Assessment Rolls, and Annual Service Plan Updates; (5) issuing, paying, and redeeming the Bonds; (6) investing or depositing Improvement Area #1 Assessments, Improvement Area #2 Assessments and Annual Installments; (7) complying with the Service and Assessment Plan and the PID Act with respect to the administration of a reimbursement agreement and the issuance and sale of the Bonds, including continuing disclosure requirements; and (8) the paying agent/registrar and Trustee in connection with the Bonds, including their respective legal counsel. Amounts collected for Annual Collection Costs but not expended in any year shall be carried forward and applied to reduce Annual Collection Costs for subsequent years.

Related to Annual Collection Costs

  • Collection Costs means an amount that the Municipality can charge with regard to the enforcement of a consumer’s monetary obligations;

  • Principal Collection Subaccount The meaning specified in Section 10.2(a).

  • Available Funds Shortfall Amount means, as of any Payment Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate amount required to be paid pursuant to clauses first through twelfth of Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement exceeds the Available Funds for such Payment Date.
