Available Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) (i) an amount equal to the Principal Allocation Percentage of Series2023-3 Allocable Principal Collections received during such Monthly Period minus (ii) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.08 are required to fund the Required Amount for the related Distribution Date, (b) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Series that are allocated to Series 2023-3 in accordance with Section 4.04 of the Agreement and Section 4.11 of this Supplement, and (c) any other amounts which pursuant to Section 4.05 or 4.07 of this Supplement are to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to the related Distribution Date.
Available Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.7 are required to be applied on the related Payment Date, plus (c) the sum of (i) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Principal Sharing Series (including any amounts on deposit in the Excess Funding Account that are allocated to Series 2012-1 for application as Shared Principal Collections), (ii) the aggregate amount to be treated as Available Principal Collections pursuant to Sections 4.4(a)(vi), (vii) and (x), and (iii) during an Early Amortization Event, the amount of Available Finance Charge Collections used to pay principal on the Notes pursuant to Section 4.4(a)(xiii) for the related Payment Date.
Available Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 4.6 are required to be applied on the related Transfer Date, plus (c) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Principal Sharing Series (including any amounts on deposit in the Excess Funding Account that are allocated to Series 2018-C for application as Shared Principal Collections), plus (d) the aggregate amount to be treated as Available Principal Collections pursuant to subsections 4.4(a)(vi) and (vii) for the related Distribution Date.
Examples of Available Principal Collections in a sentence
On each Transfer Date with respect to the Revolving Period, an amount equal to the Available Principal Collections for the related Monthly Period shall be treated as Shared Principal Collections and applied in accordance with Section 8.5 of the Indenture.
The Issuer shall cause the provider of each Qualified Maturity Agreement to deposit into the Principal Accumulation Account on or before the Expected Principal Payment Date an amount equal to the initial Note Principal Balance; provided, however, that, if provided in the related Qualified Maturity Agreement, all or a portion of such deposits may be funded with the proceeds of the issuance of a new Series or with the Available Principal Collections with respect to such Transfer Date.

Available Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Principal Collections for such Monthly Period, minus (b) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections with respect to such Monthly Period which pursuant to Section 5.6 are required to be applied on the related Distribution Date, plus (c) any Shared Principal Collections with respect to other Principal Sharing Series (including any amounts on deposit in the Excess Funding Account that are allocated to Series 2009-VFN for application as Shared Principal Collections), plus (d) the aggregate amount to be treated as Available Principal Collections pursuant to clauses 5.4(a)(viii) and (ix) for the related Distribution Date.
Available Principal Collections means, with respect to the Series 2021-1 Notes, the Series 2021-1 Available Principal Collections and has, with respect to any other Series of Notes, the meaning specified in the applicable Indenture Supplement for such Series of Notes.

Available Principal Collections means, for any Monthly Period, (a) with respect to the Noteholders, the Principal Collections paid to the Issuer and allocated to the Noteholders, and (b) with respect to any Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, (i) the amount of collections in clause (a) allocated to such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, as applicable, plus (ii) any other amounts, or allocable portion thereof, to be treated as Available Principal Collections with respect to such Series, Class or Tranche of Notes, subject to the applicable Indenture Supplement.
