Definition of Tenth Amendment

Tenth Amendment means the Tenth Amendment to Second Amended and Restated First Lien Credit Agreement dated as of March 3, 2015 among the Borrower, EPL, the Lenders, the Administrative Agent and the other Persons party thereto.

Examples of Tenth Amendment in a sentence

This Tenth Amendment shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
This Tenth Amendment may be executed by one or more of the parties hereto in any number of separate counterparts, and all of such counterparts taken together shall be deemed to constitute one and the same instrument.

Except as the context may otherwise require, any terms used in this Tenth Amendment which are defined in the Effective Agreement shall have the same meaning for purposes of this Tenth Amendment as in the Effective Agreement.
